Buckinghamshire based construction company ‘Oakeve Limited’ has recently been presented with a highly prestigious award for Best Property at the 2010 UK Residential Property Awards held in London at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in Hyde Park. This was an occasion where property professionals came together to recognise, celebrate and reward excellence in the industry.
The ‘piece de resistance’ that won them this coveted award was its exclusive ‘Arts & Craft’ style home in Beaconsfield, a truly unique country home in the style of the famous 19th Century English architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, who is noted for his versatility and range of innovations along traditional lines.
This impressive house was designed and constructed to an extravagant specification, maximising open-plan space and natural light. By creating homes that are different by design, Oakeve Limited leads the way in the industry and is constantly striving to improve designs, offering the very best to its customers.
Paul Newton, Managing Director of Oakeve Limited, commented: “This award recognises the hard work and efforts of the whole team. Our construction team is dedicated to creating beautiful bespoke homes for our clients that achieve both excellent standards of architectural quality and the highest quality of internal finish.
